Before becoming a UX designer, I was a linguist. For 10 years, I researched how people communicate with each other. Now I make interfaces that help people communicate with technology. In this respect (and many others) my transition to UX design felt like a natural choice.

In a nutshell, my job is to help you discover user needs and translate them into products and services that are both usable and useful. One thing that helps me do this job is my strong aversion to unnecessary complexity. I will keep at a problem until it gives way to something simpler and clearer.

In more detail,
these are the services I offer.
